  • Assessing how the company communicates with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners, to ensure transparency and alignment of expectations.
  • Reviewing the company’s use of performance metrics to measure project progress, identify issues, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence, budget variance, and quality metrics.
  • Providing recommendations for areas of improvement based on best practices and industry benchmarks, with a focus on enhancing the company’s project management capabilities and delivering greater value to our clients.
