Assurance builds, maintains and develops confidence. We provide independent assurance by assessing the risks and underlying processes, providing conclusions as to which risks are being managed and mitigated in line with the business’ appetite for risk.
Our Assurance Review Processes Involves but not limited to:
- Evaluating the company’s project management processes, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing phases. Assess adherence to industry standards such as PMBOK or PRINCE2.
- Reviewing the methodologies and tools used by the company for project management, such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches. Evaluate their suitability for different types of projects and client needs.
- Assessing the quality and completeness of project deliverables produced by the company, such as project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and status reports.
- Reviewing how the company identifies, assesses, and manages risks throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Assessing how the company communicates with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and external partners, to ensure transparency and alignment of expectations.
- Reviewing the company’s use of performance metrics to measure project progress, identify issues, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence, budget variance, and quality metrics.
- Providing recommendations for areas of improvement based on best practices and industry benchmarks, with a focus on enhancing the company’s project management capabilities and delivering greater value to our clients.
